Ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred
Ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred caused extreme weather over South-East QLD and Northern NSW. Some of our colleagues are still being impacted with ongoing power, internet outages, school and childcare closures and flooding. Please continue to prioritise your safety and contact your leader if you are unable to work.
For colleagues who can safely do so, we have transitioned back to our usual operating practices in the Brisbane Hub from Tuesday 11 March.
What it means for our team
If you live in South-East QLD or Northern NSW:
- The Brisbane Hub is open and fully operational from Tuesday 11 March – the bike tunnel remains closed at this stage.
- Please stay up to date with weather alerts from BOM and your local council and keep your leader informed if your circumstances change.
For all other colleagues:
- Our Sydney and Melbourne Hubs remain open and operational.
